What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the ancient art of using aromatic plant substances such as pure essential oils for healing the body, mind and spirit. Research has shown that when we inhale the aroma of a fresh plant or essential oil, it has the power to alter our state of mind.
Aromatherapy today is practiced worldwide by many in traditional and natural health professions, especially massage therapist and estheticians. Growing numbers of people are using essential oils to reduce stress and anxiety, to affect their physical body and to maintain their health and well being.
