Changes in shipping policies and in-store shopping

We are making a few changes to our policy to help our clients during this time:

At Alexander’s Aesthetics, the health and safety of our clients is our top priority.

In response to the latest direction from our public health authorities, the Alexander’s Aesthetics store in Burlingame, CA is closed until further notice.

Our staff and clients are our primary concern in the wake of this closure. We are entering truly uncharted waters as a company. While nothing can be certain, we are taking every necessary step to provide you with service so you can continue servicing your clients.

As long as UPS continues their operation, we will continue to pack and ship internet orders. If we do expect any delays, we will let you know via email as soon as possible.

The owner, Cee Michael will work through the closure in order to provide you as much service as possible.

Orders:

  • Orders can be submitted online or call-in.
  • The shop will be closed to walk-ins.
  • UPS shipments will continue to go out until otherwise notified by UPS.
    • Please allow additional business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
